Well it's here....

I know I am the only person in the world online right now, but whatever.

The plan was to sleep my way into 2006. This would have gone without hitch except that at 12:00 and one second WWIII started. I think everyone within 10 miles of my place either shot in the air or lit a firework! Hence I am awake and can't go back to sleep! Here it is an hour later and stuff it's still going on? What???? Must we celebrate other time zones too?

I don't want to be bitter but can't we party in the New Year without disturbing everyone else?

At least I don't have to drive home and be on the road with all the drunk, newly engaged, newly sexed, danced out, just kissed folk that don't know how to drive even sober!

Part of me wonders if all these gunshots went into the air. It would be mighty convient to shoot someone or yourself amongst all this stuff popping off. No one would know till later on......hmmmmmmmmmmmm
