Kinda off....

I got up from the middle of the bed this morning...not the right side or the wrong side, just right in the middle. I can already tell it's gonna be one of those off days.

I lose my keys a lot so last night I told myself I was going to go ahead and find my keys so I wouldn't have to play hide and seek today. I found them in my jacket pocket and swore I put them in my purse, which is where I try to keep my keys at all times. So this morning when I am ready to go, I look in my purse where my car keys should be and they are not there! I just laugh at myself cuz I can't even say that Pooka must have moved them cuz I am the only one in my place right now! So I ended up playing hide and seek anyway and found them on top of the fridge. How they get there? Apparently I put them there! I get in my car and soon as I put the car in drive I realize that I left my purse in the house. I guess I put my purse down to pick my backpack up....I dunno....I am kinda off today.

My weekend was boring. Saturday the plan was to start the day off on the trail, but that didn't happen. I can't recall how I talked myself out of it, but I ended up making a deal with myself telling me that I'll DDR for 2 hours instead of the trail and that is what I did. After that I cleaned, studied, and plinked around on the net. Sunday I talked myself out of the trail again. I WILL get back on the trail Saturday!!!! No more self negotiations! LOL I told myself I would DDR again after I took a nap on my couch, but when I woke up my back was killing me. The rest of my Sunday was spent with me having a heating pad cross my back. :-( I wouldn't dare try to jump on that pad with a sore back.

Most of the day was spent in the books. I did start to take my sexy braids out. I am still getting compliments but it's time for these things to go! By my head being so big and my hair being so thick, I took most of the crown of my head out and by the way I ponytailed my braids you can't even tell some are missing. I figured if I take it out a little at a time I'll be done in a few days and just get my Badu wrap on. I'll never get microbraids again, I didn't want them in the first place. I never wanted them for this simple reason that I know I'd have to take them out! But whatever. LOL

Other than that, I am feeling real cute today. Even tho' the scale doesn't show it, I feel light today. My hair is cute up in this ponytail. Got me looking bout 18. My clothes are complementing and my spirits are good. Ever have one of those days when you look in the mirror and just be like "man I look good!" Well this is one of those days for me! Even tho' I am forgetting the simple stuff you can't tell me I am not cute today...I'll laugh in your face!
