Boring Weekend

Well I am in the middle of putting a speech together that I must deliver tomorrow. I am not to enthused or feel like it, therefore the computer is on. Weekend has been boring thus far. Yesterday I went to class and Ms. Diva is so unorganized she didn't realize that we only had 2 more class meetings and one has to be used for our final! Oh well.

I went to Wally world and picked up some necessities which included some bug spray to end the war between me and the ants. I don't care how clean and bleached down my kitchen is, if I leave something like a bowl with a little bit of milk in it from eating cereal, the ants hold a family reunion!

Speaking of insects, today when I was getting my walk on, I noticed that not only my neighbor Youngbuck had a landfill in her backyard...but my other neighbor, I'll call her Popo cuz she beat her daughter's down for having a bunch of boys in her place while she wasn't home. The daughter called the police on her. I haven't seen no boys around our way since hahahaha Anyways, she got a landfill in her backyard too. I just can't understand how someone can accumulate that much trash! The trash folk come by once a week! They know there stuff is full, they should take it to the road like me and my other neighbor, G-mama. G-mama is my immediate neighbor who looks after me. She checks up on me and makes sure me and Pooka are okay from time to time. Me an G-mama was talking about our other 2 neighbors and how they could be a little better in the disposal of the their trash. Like I said before...let me find a critter in my house....that's all Imma say.

Today was just as uneventful. Got up, hit the trail, ate breakfast, finished washing clothes and getting my scholastics on. I am still debating on this whole before and after school thing. I went to the center I was interested in and come to find out they don't cater to Pooka's school! So I got back to work and made a bunch of calls. There are about 7 daycares/day schools that serve Pooka's school. This weeks mission is to pick the best one and have her ready for attendance Monday! I can't believe I will have my baby back this weekend! I can't wait!

In other news, someone stole the ignition switch out of babydaddies van! They left everything else, like the really nice radio/cd player that was in it and only took the switch! What kinda crap is that! I don't miss living in the DC metro at ALL!
