So yesterday was a trip. I didn't get a chance to get any of MY work done. Since I am the unofficial counselor here on site at the job I had people take a number! LOL Most people had the same feelings and I pretty much told them all the same thing. My coworker that is getting demoted was the most upset. She told me that she didn't want to be ill towards everyone and that she needed to go, so she left about half hour after she came in. I felt so bad for her. I tried to tell her that she should be thankful that she is still employed and that at least she is getting paid the same amount of money to do easier work. Of course she wasn't trying to hear me, so I hope now that she's slept on it she'll see what I was saying. "Cashier" was catching it. I could tell cuz they where not themselves. Normally they are the goofball always acting silly and pulling some minor stunt. Like cashier would always come by my office, cut the light off and close my door. Stupid stuff like that.....
My supervisor went and broke some stuff so she is in the hospital. I have been given her work! UGH! She's been calling me several times since Friday. She left me a message yesterday morning before I went to work. She really doesn't know how to take a vacation. I am not trying to be funny, but she is the type that will die working...She lives at the office and she swears the place can't function without her even tho her boss and her bosses boss are here. By time I finished her stuff, attempted to organize her office (there is a such thing as organized chaos, but her office was on Katrina type levels...I mean, how you gonna call me and tell me to look for something and it's under piles of other stuff?), then allow the coworkers to vent inbetween time, it was time to go home! I didn't get a chance to check my emails, blogs, NOTHING! Hopefully today I can squeeze my own work in! My supervisor hasn't called me this morning yet so I just might get some stuff done! LOL
My life outside of work is still blah. I got class today. I only go on Tues, Wed and some Saturday's vs. the everyday that I am supposed to. There is no real eyecandy in my psyche class. There is one guy that's ight, but he's like 20 years old! Uhhhh no! LOL

anyway, sista who got demoted betta be glad she ain't unemployed (although i'd definitely be looking for a new gig if i was her...she has officially reached the 'end o'the line' with this gig).

Sucks about your classes and having no one to look at. I have that three hour class today, just to find out that my teachers car broke down, so now I have three hours to kill, lol.

Yeah I won't be surprized if she started throwing some extra resumes out and about, I know I would, she is here today but you get that leave me alone vibe when you walk by so I've left her alone....

Now that kills half off teh desire to go to class...I guess now you'll actually have to listen to what the professor is saying.
I hope ole girl gets herself together. At least she has a job.
I sholl hate that she is upset about the demotion but I pray she can look at the brighter side.

Luvin - I know right! On both statements! It gets worse! When she left yesterday she didn't tell my Admin, just the receptionist! BAD MOVE! Whenever you are leaving for the day proper procedure is to let your supervisor know! Since my sup is in the hospital she was suppose to mention it to our Admin! I can only pray for her...
MzN - You didn't read the part where I said he was "ight". If I found him to be really attractive then the age would matter less! Now what he needs to do is articulate some words together properly in class...that makes anybody look better! Well at least to me! LOL

You know the my mama used to tell me that you should train them up in the way that they should go. So when they are old... you know the rest. Nothing wrong with a young man. But I know where you are coming from.
On the job stuff -
I'm with nikki about sista girl who was demoted. i would take the time off to puruse monster, hot jobs, etc.
From what I hear age ain't nothing but a number.....you need to be running things sounds like you doing alot.
Girl, your job sounds emotionally draining right now.
As for the young boy, you might want to just talk to him. These young boyz ain't like they was back in the day. They are a lot more advanced, if you know what I mean ;-)
i need folks to learn not to let work kill you b/c when you die, they will replace you!!!
