Still a beautiful relationship

365 days and 296 posts later, I am still blogging! WOW! Happy Blog birthday to me! *insert silly dance here* Let's flash back to a time when I didn't have a clue what a blog/online journal was......

One day while looking through a webpage of a friend, MsSkyBluez *over on the left*, of mine I noticed a link. Being the nosey person I am I clicked the link and found the blog of Ms. Bluez. She was prepping for her WLS and was putting her feelings and concerns all on the internet!!!!! I thought that was just absurd! But I started reading anyways. Through my navigating her site and noticed her blog roll had a mutual friend whom I refer to as therapist from time to time. Through therapist I found another acquaintance, Neena *2 da left*. So for a good while I read those never really commenting much. Then one day while making a comment on Neena's page I saw this comment with a pic w/it of the lower half of a man's face that was tilted back. His mouth was slightly open and a trail of smoke was coming out of it. I thought that was a cool pic so I clicked on the "Bruthafree", now Kool, name and he became a daily read. What kept my attention Mr. Bruthafree was his lifestyle and his style of poetry. Then through Bruthafree I caught on to BruthaCode and No4real4real *2 da left* I still have never posted on BruthaCodes site and I didn't comment on 4real's site till he did the ask me a question post. Since I'd been lurking his page from the time he started it, I thought that would be a good time to finally comment.

Through 4real I found Trent Jackson, pre audio, pre heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, pre I mean! LOL Back when the interviews were typed out. Since 4reals 3 part answer series to his ask me a question post was so good, Trent did an interview with him and during that interview he mentioned a questionable blogger beef *sigh* with Valentino of CT, so being nosey I started reading Valentino and blogger #I don't recall the numbers, but dude was funny as iono what! I can't really say the exact order of the rest but I do know those few folks mentioned were my daily everyday reading and I started reading them in that order mainly in lurker mode.

I debated for a good month if I should start my own blog or not. I felt so guilty reading everyone's business and not sharing some of my own. So on this day last year I gave in with a blog titled The beginning of a beautiful relationship, which is the reason behind the title of this post....

I am an addict and the list to the left is about 1/4 of who I read now! Scarrrrrry! This kinda explains why one (like Nikki) would wonder why I have so many non st8 people on my roll. It just kinda happened that way! LOL
