As much as I like the Kelly Rowland song and its touch of go go feel, part of me feels it wasn't put together right or something.
My teacher told me I got the highest grade on the Ex.Phys test I took Monday yesterday. Considering I have a bunch of dumb immature jocks (I am not calling all jocks this) in my class that doesn't say much. I wonder what Miss NCCU would think? I wonder why I be hating on her. It could be jealousy of her looks, personality and 3.95 gpa. She hasn't done nothing to me. She is actually quite nice. I don't know why the hateration comes in. I really need to stop that.
Mr. Thicke really needs to release another single for the radio stations. If I hear lost without you again I am going to scream! My love for the song has way passed faded.
I must learn to be more patient.
I got soooooooo much work done yesterday and the office was in good spirits. Then I figured out why, the co-worker that bothers folks has been out w/the stomach bug for 2 days. My supervisor says she is supposed to come in today. I don't want to wish illness on anyone but part of me wants her to have another recovery day.
For the family trip I am supposed to buy a small token gift for each family member going. The meaning behind it is nice but I hate doing this. It seems like every trip we are supposed to do this. I don't like to shop and I NEVER EVER EVER know what to give people. I am okay when it's a singled out thing like someones birthday. That way I can think about one persons likes and roll with that. But when you are supposed to get multiple people this trinket it gets tough. I mean what works for one may not work for the other. Then there is the fact that just giving them a few dollars will look thoughtless. *sigh* Normally I have went under the radar and not participated in the gift exchange, mostly because I forgot to look. But we got a reminder in our inboxes...

I will make it a point to go to class today even though we are not talking about anything. Both my teachers pretty much said that we are wrapping stuff up for the most part from here on out.
Next Wednesday is our PERMA banquet. I really need to be there but to tell the truth I don't want to go. Yesterday the thought crossed my mind to run for office next year cuz it would look good on my grad school apps. but the thought left as fast as it came. I wish I remembered what PERMA stood for. I know it's a national organization for PE majors. LOL! It's kinda sad, the only reason I know about PERMA and joined was because it was part of my grade for one of my classes! I am unaware of a lot of stuff that goes on on campus because I am only there for class. Part of me wishes I had experienced campus life for a semester or 2, but most of me loves that I went st8 to ummm regular life I guess you can call it.

Why is Kirk Franklin famous? Don't get me wrong I dance and sing to a lot of his music, but he can't sing and I have never seen him play an instrument outside the tambourine. At least folks like Donnie McClurkin and Smokey Norford (sp. on both names maybe wrong) can actually hold a note on key.
On the way to work I was listening to the Yolanda Adam's morning show. She has this thing called the Witness Fitness Mix or something like that and it's a blend of upbeat gospel songs. I was getting my jam on and when it was over they went to commercial. I turned to the local urban station where Crime Mob's rock your hips was on...I couldn't even listen to it, and I like the beat behind that song a lot! LOL
In few years I have lived in my place I have used another persons trash can twice. On those weeks that I just have a small bag to contribute and it's something that can't wait till my bin got a bit fuller, I may just place the bag in a bin that a neighbor already pulled to the curb. Okay, great. Now I pulled my bin to the curb this week and I noticed one of my neighbors placed 2 full white trash bags on the ground next to my bin making it look like I had an overflow of trash. This bothered me. 1) It looks like I'd been holding on to my trash too long and was too lazy to pull my crap to the road until then. Then 2) if they had 2 full trash bags, they had enough to pull their own bin to the road!
The people I rent from still haven't called me about renewing my lease. I called them last week just to see what's up and the chick basically said she was "swamped" and if she didn't get me set up by Friday she'd call me Monday...just like everyone else...I didn't get that call.

That Kelly Rowland song sounds like a reject song that didn't make B-Day and that doesn't say too much cause that album is not really that great.....glad I got it bootleg! lol
I feel you on Lost w/out you. I am sooooooo sick of hearing that song. I automatically change the station or pop in a cd whenever it comes on.

Many people say his album is good so I don't know why him or his people won't give us folks that don't have the album something else to listen too!

I agree with Honey, you should've moved their garbage. Better yet if you know then you should've dumped it on their porch with a not so nice letter taped to their front door.
Haven't heard the Kelly Rowland song. Mr. Thicke has a slightly better rotation on satellite radio. I think I've heard two or three of his songs there. Unfortunately Lost Without You still gets way too much airplay.

Out here in IL, I just heard them play another Robin Thicke song, "I Need Love", and was thinking to myself damn it's about time they played another song of his. His album is the shiznit though. I feel you on the Tank song, it's driving me insane!!!! I'm digging that new song by Justin though with the Prince sound!!! Isn't it called "Till the End of Time?"
I need to listen to the radio more. When I hear Kelly Rowland's name, the only song that comes to mind is Stole.

Wow, you was all over the place with this blog....Let's start with Kelly's song, shall we...I think I hate it. I seen the video and it looks like she is trying to copy Beyonce. Now don't get me wrong I'm not a Beyonce fan but the girl is doing her thing. It doesn't seem like Kelly has a thing. So she is being a copy cat. I really hate to say that because I really like Kelly a lot.
I am also tired of the Lost without you song. I'll bet there isn't anything else good on the cd.
Please don't get me started on the neighbors and the trash situation. I have had 2 trash cans disappear since I moved into my house. So now I refuse to purchase another one. So on trash night I either just put it up against someone else's trash or in their trash can.
Kassandra, that's what all the "musicians" are doing. Mr. Franklin was doing good till he redid September. He went to far and should have left that song alone.
I have not heard Mr. Timberlake's album so I don't know. I do know he has a slow song I like on there.

Smooth, how do you really feel? Kelly doesn't really have much of a choice about having similar sound like B. Papa Knowles is her manager and I am sure he not gonna let Kelly get too hot. Kelly has talent but we won't really hear it unless Kelly changes her people.
Trina, why in the world would folks still your trashcan? Twice? Sounds to me like someone was trying to make you mad on purpose! LOL Ours are supplied by the city and they all look alike with our addresses already on them :-)
