How NOT to charge a cordless phone.

1. Remove phone not being used from childs room.
2. Throw on tote in your room.
3. Handle business in your room.
4. Walk out of room.
5. Step on adapter that's facing up in the middle of walkway that you didn't pay attention to when you threw the phone down.
6. Avoid yelling like there is someone in your place to hear you.
7. Curse in your head many times over.
8. Walk in your kitchen to walk the pain out.
9. Don't ask about step 8, it's just how it's done.
10. Notice blood on the floor.
11. Make your way to the bathroom for clean up and bandaging.
12. Open and close the 2 new vertical gashes in your foot to view damage.
13. Clean and bandage.
14. Curse a few more times at your now throbbing foot.
15. Chill out till pulsing stops.
16. Clean blood from floor.
17. Blog about your brilliance.

Ummmm if anyone has Slish's email address can you give it to me (lanique57@hotmail)? Dude went private on his blog and I don't even have a way to get up with him to ask if I can get in? *sigh*

My body literally cringed after reading step #5. OUCH!!!!

If you makes you feel any better, my neighbor has an iron rod screwed into her arm right now from tripping over a curb last weekend. So ummmmm, it could be worse but I still, I know that shit hurts! Take plenty of OTC drugs.

I would have just fallen on the floor and screamed a silent scream!

Maybe you should get it checked out with a doctor to make sure it doesn't become infected.

E said...

Okay...that was funny. I feel your pain. Thanks for sharing..:-)

tdrt, I thought about infection. I told myself I won't go to the doc unless it starts looking funny or turning nasty colors. So far the wound is clean.

E, "your holding up traffic, green means GO!" *wink*

You are welcome.b
