975 check in

Hello!

Life's been pretty good. Don't really have much going on. Don't really have much of anything to say to anybody.

I've completed 6 of my 8 weeks at the clinic and I'm already sad that I'll have to go back to class on the 7th :-( I've learned sooooo much and still feel dumb. I'm going to watch an orthopaedic surgery on Monday. Chances are it's going to be a hip or knee replacement. Kinda excited about that.

Pooka is good. She is going to an overnight camp tonight so she'll be out socializing. I think I am going do some hair maintenance and some laundry. My life is soooo exciting. LOL!

They hired someone for that spot I was filling in for at the weekend job. So in my head I am done there. The state job is still kicking. When I went in Wednesday my administrator walked by my office, saw I was there and said "Oh thank God you're here" and gave me a hug. I didn't feel like working hard Wednesday, but after that I felt like I should bust my butt and give her some good numbers :-)

Aunt Diva called me yesterday to vent and mentioned that she and the guy she was dating have scaled things back a lot and threw around the fact she now had an extra ticket to the Sade concert in Baltimore! *cheese* The concert is Thursday night and it's a week before the last week of our neuro module. So I don't know if I will be able to take that Thursday and Friday off school and be okay. *sigh* Decisions decisions.

Happy Valentine's Day if you choose to celebrate it. I'll be at the clinic on Monday and may take Pooka out to dinner or something. Would love to spend some face to face time with the bf but it's not in the cards this time.

That's about it. Let me catch up on what's going on in your world.

Watching a surgery seems like fun. Just represent right and don't faint or I'll have to point at you and Nelson laugh. It's for your own good. :o)

Hopefully the next class session will fly by.

They'll call you back. They know you'll be going into slavery withdrawal and will get you back for a cheaper price. *snickers*

Make that concert happen! You know you want to go. Just remember to adjust your camera appropriately for the fivehead glare. LOL.

You mean Happy Hallmark Day, right?

You have more going on than I do. :)

Watching surgery....wow. I've always wanted to do that, which is crazy since I get major queasy when I used to watch on TV. Weird huh?

Sade tickets...Wooo Hooo!!! If you are able to make it you have to take plenty of pics and let us know how it was.

Don't go to the concert! School is more important! I know, I know. That's boring. But it's true. Two days? And at the end when you're adding all your lessons up? Not worth it. I'm so excited about how much you're learning! And that you're loving it!! That's the best part! :)
