Pretty quiet

This weekend went by pretty quitely. It rained on and off the entire weekend, but it's all good. Friday I got off mad early. The plan was to clean house and spend time with LAL since it was a day off for him too. Wellllll, for whatever reason. He never called so I chilled with my Pooka and studied. Saturday I went through the usual routine except after class I went to the library after class to print out some things. T-lo had sent me an email asking me if I was coming through or not....oops! I had totally forgot about my invitation cuz I already had my mind set on spending time with LAL. So anyways, I went over there and had a great time acting like 2 bigs kids. Big bowl of cereal...cartoons...pillow fights and all that. It was nice to get out and act simple. I wish I had more time but I had to take WB to work so blah! Next.....

Sunday I didn't do a doggone thing...no studying, no cleaning, nothing responsible. For the first time in a long time I made myself sleep till 10. Granted I got up about 6, twiddled around and went back to bed, but still I was quite pleased with sleeping in. KD and I watched Dawn of the Dead with all it's extra footage and it's not a bad movie. LAL and I made arrangements to have me come over that night and finish up my midterm. He was supposed to call when he was ready for me to come through, which is usually somewhere around 7:30-8ish. I also watched the ENTIRE episodes of Charmed, Reba, Blue Collar TV (a certain skit had my eyes watering...LOL), and Supernatural (which is really good). Of course I have heard of these shows but I still get picked at when I don't know what is going on in TV land. I am getting there.....really! LAL called me for about 10 seconds and that was it. By the time he called it was time for me go get WB from work and I wasn't in the mood to get any school work done. Hmph! Surprizingly I am not really ill about that. Conveniently his phones are off so it wasn't like I could call and see what the deal was anyways....

Oh yeah, I did cut my hair. Technically KD cut my hair. It's so nice having your stylist live w/u sometimes. Anywho, I was gonna cut it to my chin but I said F it and cut it to my ear. With me falling in love with them daggone ponytails like I did, I have a spot that is shorter where the ponytail was. But now it's all healthy and even. Yippee! I have promised myself I would take better care of my hair while I am working on everything else. 2006 I will be a force to be reckoned with.

Now it's Monday. I am in a wonderful mood. KD is applying for one of the apartments they like today. They were supposed to do it this past week. When I asked her about it yesterday she looked at me like I forgot what they told me. So hopefully when I pick her up today she'll tell me how everything went. It's darn near the middle of the month so I gotta start preaching to them everyday again.
