Schools back in session

Where did my weekend go? I swear yesterday was Saturday. Anyways, I did what I set out to do....nothing! I did get my trail and DDR on tho' ***while I was blog hopping I found out someone else enjoys DDR like me, which was sweet*** While on the trail I saw my chubby "friend" from last week getting her walk on. We just smiled and gave each other the thumbs up in passing. Kinda like yeah we still here, handling business! I don't even know her, only seen her twice but for some reason she just motivates me to keep going.

I also finally got my "read more" resolution in action. My first non school related bood was At This Moment, by Trent Jackson. <----He is over there on the left<----. It was and wasn't what I expected all at the same time. He seems to be a very down to earth, cool type fellow through my limited interaction with him. A good read. I actually completed the work in ONE sitting.

I think my next book is gonna be something by Tananarive Due. I read My Soul to Keep and Living Blood a couple of years ago so I already know I like her work. We shall see how my new school schedule will allow extra time for extra reading. I am down for 13 credit hours again this semester. I am praying that with Pooka's vacation, the semester will run smoother than last. To be honest, I don't even feel like going to class today, and it's the first day back! LOL

Doing nothing sounds GREAT!

So, you liked book by Trent. I have not read it, but knowing Trent, its gotta be interesting. I don’t do a lot of reading, not even school reading. Girl sometimes I can’t even read my school work. It’s pitiful!!!

I think I have adult ADD!!!!

Foxy B and GCH - Thanks!

XTC - you must have been commenting while I was posting! LOL Girl you a mess! You should get Trents book. It's not a long read (less than 150 pages). Since you have adult ADD you just have to take it one chapter at a time!!!!! HAHAHAHA
