For the past 2 weeks and change I have been rrrrrrrrrrrrrreally bad as far as nutrition goes. Mickey D's, Burger King, Wendy's, Little Debbie and all her whole pastry family, vending machine items, soda, candy, chocolate, and stuff of that nature has been in my apartment and in my body for the past 2 weeks. When I first moved to my place, I couldn't afford but the needed food items that were able to stretch so Pooka and I could stay fed till the next paycheck came. I make too much for food stamps *eye roll*. So back then paying 50 cent for a pastry was crazy when I could buy 4 or 5 packs of noodles and have lunch for the week! After I started to notice my weight dropping (60lbs)I decided that Lil Debbie and 'em were no longer invited to my house. Until recently.... :-(
It started to get bad when I started telling myself it was okay to have fast food more than once a week. Then mommy came and when she went grocery shopping she brought the huge boxes of junk food! If the fast food frequency wasn't enough, I fell victim to the goodies! I have eaten so much crap in the past 2 weeks than I have had in the entire 2005 year! For real! Today when I put on one of my favorite pairs of jeans and they hugged my thighs and it took a little wiggle to get the fasteners together, I knew today was the day!
Today is the day I will get back to the lifestyle I lived not too long ago...
Today is the day I start hitting my DDR back up on the regular...
Today is the day when I tell start retelling myself that just because I see something good to eat, don't mean I have to eat it...
Today is the day I slap Little Debbie in the face...
Today is the day I regain control of what goes in my mouth...
Falling off the wagon for a day and getting back on is normal....falling off the wagon then rolling around in the dirt is inexcusable!

Not gonna lie, the lasagna and the fudge rounds at my house are calling me, but my jeans are telling me I better grab my rabbit food and call it a night! LOL
