oh my, grains? those come out the way something nasty! I loooove raisin bread though, I eat four pieces every morning. You know what else is good? Whole grain waffles! If I'm home I'll eat four of those as well with osme orange juice. Today I only have cashews (for protien) and a white tea (omg, you have got to try these things! They have em at whole foods and the bluberry one tastes just like a blueberry muffin! There's no high fructose corn syrup of anything, it's all natural all healthy.), I also drank a V8 and had two bananas. Gar, now I'm hungry...Hmmmm, what else? Sushi is great for your body, dunno how you feel about it, but it's good for you. Um... I dunno, there's tons of good healthy food. WARNING: I may have told you before, but if you're thinking of going all natural, make sure it's something you are SURE you want to do. Because once you go back to eating perservatives and fatty foods, you can TASTE the chemicals and it's quite repulsive. I had been eating all natural organic food for a month, and I tried to eat a cheeseburger from mickey d's; I almost barfed. they are so many nasty tastes in it that you don't notice if you havent aquired a taste for things that arent made with mass amounts of chemicals. HFCS, BGS, MSG: Monosodium glutamate STAY AWAY FROM. msg is a chemical that only tells your brain "hey I want more of that." its in lots of stuff too, mostly snacky foods like potato chips (and it stays in your body for a long time, so even when you see those chips on the shelf you feel like you HAVE TO have them! Try an all natural trail mix, it's quite tastey :-)I hope this helps. I have recently (in the past 4 months) made the switch as well in trying to get healthy. Luvin, you'll be fine. You seem to be a normal sized female from how your blog reads, so a week of junk shouldn't set you back too far.Mel, I don't know about going ALL natural, but I do want to incorporate more food that is better for me in my everyday routine.
