Maryland bridges falling down, falling down, falling down

*sigh* Why did my Maryland bridge decide to come out? Why do I no longer have dental insurance? Why must I now have surgery that I can not afford (to have a tooth implanted is some serious $$$$$) if I want a long term fix. I knew the bridge I got back in '99 would last about 10 years but dangit I've been fairly good to my mouth and should have gotten more time out of it!!!!!

I have a temporary fix so most people wouldn't notice it right away, but dang! The last thing I need is another aesthetic imperfection! My smile is one of my best features! Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn *sigh*

ARgal! It SUCKS moldly rotten egg is what it does! I've been looking online at local places that do the surgery and most seem to have payment plans. They just don't give details on how the plans are set up! :-(

They come by once a month, tell you to drop your pants, bend over, and well you know the rest. Afterward, they take your money, slap you on the ass and say, "See you in 30." :oD

That sucks! Maybe you can find a place that has a payment plan.

Yeah Freaky, but I want to know details like positioning and amount of time we talking about! LOL!

Southern, I'm still looking into it *sigh*

Daaaaamn homie. Butterbear had a similar problem before our dental insurance became active. It will work out though. you're not in any pain are you?

I'm sure the positions are negotiable. It'll continue until a happy ending can be worked out, silly! Quit acting brand new. LOL.

oh, i'm sorry to hear about this! i hope by now you've gotten things worked out. if not, you might want to look into something called Care Credit. it's a credit card (boo!) that can only be used for medical things. hopefully, though, you'll be able to work something else out.

Steez, no pain so that's a positive. I don't do well with oral pain :-(

FD, tee hee hee

BB, haven't worked it out and I'm already sending CareCredit/GE services money monthly *sigh*. I hate to max it out but it would cut down on how much I'd have to pay immediately out of pocket. *shrug*
