Paraphrased......
"Hello blazah blazah blah, Ladynay speaking, may I help you?"
"Does Pooka always say "I'm still hungry?""
*giggles* "Sometimes, why?"
"I gave her a banana bout a half hour ago. We left the house and she is telling me she's still hungry! Is she really hungry?"
This shortened conversation occured around 3pm yesterday. I spoke to him earlier yesterday morning and she was eating a bowl of cereal. This was around 10am. In response to his question I told him *again* how to effectively handle Pooka's eating, then hung up.
While working it dawned on me......If all Pooka had was some cereal and a banana....OF COURSE SHE IS HUNGRY! So I called him back and throughly broke it down that Pooka almost eats like she is grown. For example, if he was to go to McDonalds...he can't get a happy meal for her, she needs a mighty kids meal. When I told him he was just like "I didn't know she ate like that!" DUH!!!!
I know it's been awhile since he has had to take care of Pooka's daily needs but come on now....who can live off of a bowl of cereal and a banana? LOL
The day goes by and last night Baby daddy calls me again....
"I am at the grocery store. Does Pooka like this or that, I forgot."
All I could do was shake my head, cuz when I was up there I wrote him out a list of things that he should buy and have for Pooka. Then also Pooka was right there in the store with him, he could ask her! Pooka is very good for telling you what she wants and don't want.
Thank God they have the same food allergies so I don't have to worry about him giving her something she'd react too!
Thank God my family don't live too far from Baby Daddy and she'll be there most weekends
And thank God again that Baby daddy isn't too proud to call me and ask me questions about Pooka. As funny as it is, I'd rather him call me everyday, every hour with a question than guess. Hopefully he'll get the swing of things soon.

I don't know about Daddy 101 but The Foxybrown Show just turned 1 so with that said....Who's your daddy??
My god, a "might kids meal" what are you feeding over there that get hungry so much. King Kong? LOL My mother told me she would rather feed me than clothes me get it now. LOL
that's cool that a brotha is even bothering to call you to make sure he's getting it right. your daughter is lucky to have two parents who love her enough to get it right.
Foxy - I am still in shock....LOL
Stone - HUSH! She is a growing toddler, sometimes she won't eat nothing, sometimes she eats everything...and don't let her be on a growth spurt! LOL Plus the only difference in a mighty kids meal is you get a double cheesburger instead of a regular and 6 nuggets instead of 4! LOL
.....King Kong.....Imma hurt you! LOL
Nikki - she is lucky to have parents, family, and community who truely love her! That's another post for another day....everyone calling her "my baby" *eyeroll* LOL
