Work it out

Yesterday I worked. From 7am till about 9:30pm I was putting in work in some form or fashion!

On the job I have been lacking the drive to earn my paycheck and have been bs'n for the past 2 weeks or so. Well not yesterday. Most folks know that I work with money and with the economy like it is people are going crazy! So I spent all day yesterday trying to put out fires. I barely looked at my own blog. :-(

My first day of summer 1 was interesting. Due to scheduling conflicts the professor won't be there until Tuesday. But we are still expected to come to class, sign the roll, and turn in our homework. We basically will have homework due every night and a test every week. That's normal for a 5 week concentrated course but OMG, last nights homework took up 4 pages of single spaced, 12 font, new times roman! This was just chapter ONE! I have the assignment for chapter 2 and had plans to get a good head start by doing it. But after I got finished reading the text which is less fun than watching dirt and doing the homework for chapter one I shut down! On the syllabus it looks like I will have 3 papers, 2 project type things, the daily assignments, and 4 tests. I won't lie, I was a tad bit nervous about this class after going yesterday, but I know several people who have taken this class and came out with an A so I know that this dude's class is passable. *sigh* Just gotta put in work. Just think, summer 1 was supposed to be the easy session! LOL!

I guess from now until the end of July I got to work it out!

Yea, that's a lot of hours in one day. I barely do 8 hour days. Although you can get away w/that in Corporate America.

Take a nap!

Remember you are your clients' worker. They expect they're money now. I'd hate to see what they would do if they found out you were reading some of the perverted blogs you do instead of falling over backwards to please them. I'm just saying.

That class sounds like a monster. I can barely manage these seven week course I'm getting stuck with I know I couldn't mess with the 5 week courses. Too much pressure and stress for me.
