I am thankful for many, many, many things. Too many to sit here and type up because I got stuff to do before me and mine head out to the country.
I just took another online exam and passed it, so that's 2 down and 4 to go to nix the final.
I rolled my approximately 180 locs up last night (which took forever) and the curls won't take!
I think my hair is too heavy. I want to cry! The only time I had curls in my hair was for graduation which was almost a year ago. My hair has grown since then! I still have the rollers in in hopes that I can get more bend than what I got now before I leave. LOL! Any suggestions on how to achieve curls on lengthy locs? Is it even possible any more?
Speaking of hair, I went to the beauty supply store yesterday to get my rollers and some beads for Pooka hair, which I still have to braid up, and it was full of men! For some reason that threw me off! I know 2 were barbers because they were talking barber shop stuff, but the others may work in a beauty salon if you get what I'm saying! Shoot, had I known I was going to have this curl issue I would have asked one of them about it! LOL!
After I get Pooka's hair right, do chores, hit the country, fellowship w/folks and come back home, I plan to hit the movies to see Ninja Assassin. I heard it was kick ass!
Again, Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all have gotten or will eventually get to your destinations safely and back home the same way! Gobble gobble!

Happy Gobbledygooker Day to you as well!
Ninja Assassin gave the last Saw a run for the money in gore. It's great!
Let me get some scissors and I can take a little off the top, front, back, and sides for you. When I'm done your head will feel so light and your scalp will be nice and breezy. LOL
180 locs? I don't count things over a hundred, unless its dollars. LOL Sorry can't help you on the locs, but Happy Thanksgiving nonetheless!
FD, I got back too late to catch the movie tonight! :-( BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I'm ignoring you! Just so you know! LOL!
Rashan, LOL@unless it's dollars
I just throw what little curl I had in a ponytail and folks seemed to like it so it's all good! LOL!
Happy Thanksgiving, well, post Thanksgiving!
Girl I have never tried the rollers. Use the sponge thingies that look like sticks. You roll your hair up and then twist the edges over your hair. Works for me. And I feel you on the heavy hair. But you got to love it!
Glad you had a good time. Maybe I will see you in a couple weeks in MD. I will be there for about a week.................hopefully
