All I did was sneeze

and my body went out of wack! It has been the most acute onset of anything I've ever had!

Last night I was feeling fine. I was chilling in my bed parlaying with Snookums and I felt my nose tingling indicating a sneeze coming, so I put him on hold.

I sneezed and immediately I had a nose full of nastiness. Right after I cleared my nose I'd sneeze again bringing another nose full of nastiness! This happened 4 times in a row back to back. When the episode was over I felt like CRAP! I ended the convo, took some meds, and went to bed.

I woke up feeling like I had done a high intensity total body workout. My whole body was aching. It still does.

My nasal nastiness is clear so I'm not infected with anything. I have recently developed sinus issues, but the last time I had an episode I didn't have the body ache with it. So I am ruling that out at the moment.

I've looked online for a possible diagnosis for my symptoms (clear drippy nose, teary eyes, and body ache) but came up with NADA!

My pathology professor said Hay Fever, I don't know if I buy that.

I just needed a soundboard to vent about this!
