Mirrors

Today and tomorrow I get to work with other therapists due to my CI being out of town.

Today I got to co treat a 44 year old African American woman that is morbidly obese and had 2 strokes (left and right) among other medical issues.

Pretty, young, woman that had everything going for her...laying in bed as I type that's unable to much of anything on her own...in a nursing home. *sigh*

I saw myself in her. It broke my heart.

I can't take life for granted.

Hi there. I stumbled upon your blog and yes, do not take life for granted. Live everyday to its fullest and then sit back an enjoy it to the fullest. I had to go through a lot to understand this simple statement.

Allow me to share my story with you:
